Service Description

Drop-off between 7a - 9a. Pick-up between 5p - 6p (or earlier). To book multiple sessions, back out of the calendar then repeat same steps as the initial booking. If you have any questions, please let us know. Please include collar; harnesses will be removed for safe play. To have a romp with us, an evaluation prior is a must. Thank you!

REFUNDS: Please contact us by email in writing, we will refund your payment minus the software processing fee $4 daily. ADMISSION: We reserve the right to prohibit admittance of dogs lacking proof of vaccinations, and/or pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions, and/or aggressive behavior. Our doggie daycare pets are required to be spayed or neutered. ESSENTIAL VACCINES: Dogs four months and older require current Rabies and Distemper vaccines. In addition, we require a current Bordetella vaccine for dogs. We strongly recommend that dogs be vaccinated every six months against Bordetella and annually for Canine Influenza. Up-to-date vaccinations are required. HOURS OF OPERATION: We provide 24-hour care for our pet guests with a staff member on-site at all times. We are open to the public Monday – Friday, 7:00am - 6:00pm; Saturdays, 9:00am - 5:00pm; Sunday, 11:00am - 4:00pm. M-F Daycare drop-off hours are 7am - 9am with pick-up between noon - 6pm. Saturday and Sunday hours are flexible for drop-off and pick-up. WAIVER OF LIABILITY & MEDICAL NEED: Pet owners are solely responsible and liable for all incurred expenses for their pet during their stay at BL, including, but not limited to, illness, damage, injury to itself, another pet, a BL staff member, or a member of the public. With admittance, owners accept responsibility for any expenses resulting from any outside treatment, as needed in the event of accidental injury, illness, or symptoms arising during or after a pet’s visit. Please understand that despite BL’s commitment to the highest standard of pet care and supervision and to facility design and cleanliness, accidental injury and illness may still occur. In the rare case of an emergency or health concern, we will contact the numbers provided to us, and in the interim, act as the situation warrants. We shall administer aid and non-prescription treatments, if needed. If we determine veterinary attention is necessary, owners authorize BL to take pet(s) to the veterinarian on record; or, to another veterinary hospital if that vet is unavailable. In the case of an emergency, BL will use the closest emergency veterinarian facility. We will have the vet reach out directly for payment, or, if unavailable, the owner authorizes BL to pay the bill on their behalf and agrees to reimburse BL. MEDIA RELEASE: Images or videos of their pets, as well as any testimonials might be taken for social media or marketing material.
